Once you have disconnected on both the Virgin Pulse and Fitbit sides, you can then re-establish the connection. You will then need to disconnect from the Fitbit side as well, please find the steps here: How to disconnect your Fitbit device from Virgin Pulse? The page will refresh, you will be disconnected from your Fitbit account (don't worry, your steps are not lost!), and the "Connect" button should display. Scroll down to the Fitbit section, hover over it, and click on the "Disconnect" button. Navigate to the "Devices & Apps" page located under More tab in top-navigation menu.
